What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of using conscious, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself. It creates space for the body to relax, emotions to move, and the mind to settle — gently guiding you back to balance and inner stillness.

This private, extended session is designed to support the release of stored emotional and physical tension, helping you move through what’s been stuck and restore clarity, balance, and energy.

This session is more active and experiential than a standard wellness session. Using guided breathwork and meditation, you’ll be supported to access deeper states of awareness where suppressed emotions, stress patterns, and held energy can safely surface and release. This process can feel intense at times, but you are guided and supported throughout, with care taken to work at a pace that remains grounded and contained.
