I’m Jacqui — a Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, Master NLP Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist with over 15 years of experience guiding women through meaningful transformation.
My work is grounded in the belief that true wellbeing goes beyond the physical. It’s about emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and the relationship you have with yourself. When these pieces come into alignment, calm, confidence, and clarity naturally follow.
Through guided breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices, I create a gentle, heart-centred space where you can:

While my coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy tools are woven into this work, the focus is on embodied experiences — the kind that shift how you feel in your body, in your breath, and in your everyday life.
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll usually find me practising yoga, moving at the gym, or soaking up long, sunny days at the beach. I love heart-centred conversations, whether walking, over coffee, or in our sessions — because that’s where real connection and transformation begins.
