Our work centres on breathwork and meditation as gentle, powerful tools to regulate the nervous system, release emotional heaviness, and reconnect with your inner sense of safety and steadiness.

Through an integrative approach that may also include heart-led conversations, coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy, we support you to meet yourself with compassion, build resilience, and return to clarity and self-trust — without force or fixing.

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself, through the breath, in your own time.

A little bit more about me …

For over a decade, I worked in the fitness industry as a Membership Consultant — often the first person people spoke to when they walked into the gym, usually feeling a mix of nerves and hope. Movement has always been something I’ve loved, and sharing that with others never felt like selling. It felt personal.

What stayed with me most, though, weren’t the sign-ups.
It was the conversations.

I’d often find myself sitting with new members as they opened up about how disconnected they felt — from their bodies, their confidence, and themselves. Sometimes there were tears. Many believed that losing weight would finally help them feel better. Over time, it became clear to me that it was never really about the weight. It was about wanting to feel okay inside.

What started to feel heavy was seeing so many of those same people cancel their memberships a few months later. At first, I didn’t understand it — until I realised we were coming from very different places. They were trying to fix themselves. I was simply moving from a place of love.

They were chasing weight loss.
I was chasing joy.

That realisation changed everything. I knew that supporting real, lasting wellbeing wasn’t going to happen through gym programs alone. It needed to start within — with how people related to themselves, how safe they felt in their bodies, and what they believed they were worthy of.

So I followed that pull and retrained as a Health & Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist. Along the way, I fell in love with yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness — practices that taught me how to slow down, soften, and live more intentionally.

Today, through Still You Wellness, I offer a warm, supportive space to reconnect — mind, body, and soul. My work is gentle, grounded, and centred on creating safety, so you can let go of what no longer serves you and come back to yourself with clarity and self-trust.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are — and finding your way home.
