I’m Jacqui, a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator with over 15 years of experience. My passion lies in guiding others toward greater well-being—helping them reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create sustainable health and happiness.
I believe that true well-being is about more than just physical health. It’s about emotional resilience, mental clarity, and the way we connect with ourselves and others. Just as I prioritise movement and vitality in my own life, I encourage my clients to embrace practices that nourish both body and mind—whether through breathwork, movement, or meaningful mindset shifts.
